File Your Taxes

What You Need When You File:

• ID
• All Tax documents including W2. 
• Mortgage statement (if applicable)
• Dependent information including SSN and Birth Certificate 
• All income statements (All 1099 statements (1099-G, 1099-MISC,1099-NEC, 1099-K. 
• 1099-R)

If claiming earned income credit, please provide proof of residency for dependents.

Note: if you received Child Tax Credit, please provide form 6419.
